Consultation Policy
Before your first treatment, you’ll be asked to complete a consultation form online or in person. This helps me to understand your needs and make sure the treatment is safe and suitable for you.

Please complete the form honestly and in full even small details can affect your treatment.

If the form isn’t completed in advance, your appointment may need to be shortened, rearranged, or cancelled. In this case, the full treatment fee will still apply.

Please update me on any changes to your health or medication at every visit.

All information is kept strictly confidential in line with GDPR.
Your safety and results are always my top priority.
Lateness Policy
Please arrive on time so you can enjoy the full treatment experience.

If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened. The full fee will still apply.

Some treatments cannot be adapted in this case, the appointment may need to be cancelled and charged in full.

Repeated lateness may result in future bookings being declined.
Arriving on time helps me give you the best possible treatment without feeling rushed.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that sometimes life gets in the way. If you need to make a change to your booking, please let me know as soon as possible so I can offer your time to someone else.

More than 72 hours’ notice no fee.

Between 48–72 hours’ notice can be rearranged, but another time must be confirmed at the time of cancelling.

Less than 48 hours’ notice 50% fee, charged to the card on file.

Less than 24 hours’ notice or not attending 100% fee, charged to the card on file.
Please note that rescheduling within the above timeframes is treated the same as a cancellation, as the slot cannot usually be filled at short notice.
I always aim to be fair, and I may use discretion in genuine emergencies. Repeated short-notice changes, cancellations, or no-shows may result in future bookings being declined.
