

With longer days, warmer air (and hopefully more sun!), it’s natural to want your skin to feel fresh, healthy and glowing. But not all skin treatments are suited to the summer months — especially when UV exposure is higher. The good news? There are still plenty of treatments that are safe, gentle and super effective for this time of year.
Here are my favourite summer-friendly skin treatments to keep you glowing through the season:
1. Deeply Hydrating & Cooling Facials
Sweat, SPF, and warmer temperatures can throw skin out of balance — making it feel more oily, dehydrated or prone to breakouts. Treatments like Hydroluxx facials are ideal in summer, as they combine gentle exfoliation with hydration and cooling oxygen infusion, leaving skin feeling fresh and plump without any downtime.
2. Sculpting Facial Massage

A note on stronger treatments:
Some treatments, like Skin Needling and the Algae Peel, are best saved for cooler months — think autumn and winter — when there’s less UV exposure and skin is naturally more protected. I usually recommend booking these from October through to May.
